download PLANETSIDE reserves and the account will be a free one.
no payment details needed or any personal info.
Battle Rank 6 is cap on accounts, not so sure whether it limits you too much.

What i think he means, is where does he go to get a CD key to subscribe. Im kinda wondering this myself. Do i have to buy the game from the store, and then pay the 12.99, or can i just start paying 12.99 and not buy the game from the stores?
