when i want to go paying player from reserves do i just pay and download full game and get all expansions?
is download a big file or small file that patches>?

I believe the Reserves are fully patched and you won't need to go through downloads. When you upgrade from Reserves to a paying account, you're only buying a key which will allow you to continue gaining XP.

It worked for me

Yes u have to dl another thing and that is the aftershock exp,but that is given as an option when u upgrade,core combat must be inc in reserves dl,your 1st 30 days are free and then u pay from then on
