I have a friend that's a paramedic in Philly. He drives around in car like the cops have and uses that thing when he takes the car home.

haha my dad is a firefighter and he has one in his car in case he needs to hurry to work.......hes used it hundreds of times....but ive never seen his work calling his phone

I've heard of those. Only certain major intersections are supposed to be equipped to work with them though.
