Launchpad problems?

I too am trying the free planetside, but when I install the game and click on the PS icon, it says that it cant connect to the launchpad! I looked for help at planetside.com but there is nothing there.

you mean it Not responds at loading graphics at scanning 4 updates? same thing happens to me

i had the same thing. i turned on vertical-sync in my graphic settings and it worked fine after that.
