wow, i hope this is happening sooner than later, and it actually looks like it will since they set hard and fast dates on when things will be worked on. i know that can change, but they should know that if they plan on pushing them back, then they woudl have not set dates at all.

After toying with the stuff on the Test server I wanted to pass along some info.
To create the Shadow Spitfire or EMP Mine, just cycle to the standard area on the ACE, and then use the alternate ammunition button to change it to the new option or back again. Shadow Spits: These will be deadly, mark my words. They are absolutely scary until they open up on someone. EMP Mine: very neat, can be set off by enemy infantry and vehicles, will disable nearby spitfire, although not detonating boomers with sticks on the ground or de-cloaking shadow spits. TRAP s: Takes ~7 boomers to destroy, tons of HP�s. Blocks a fairly large area Aegis Shield Generator: Taller AMS bubble with slightly less visibility range. Has shield and HPs to protect it. Empire Turrets: NC: Scat cannon style gun, with fast fire rate. 35 rounds in the clip, infinite reloads. Slowly building shield as well as Decent armour points. 100 meters 15 armour VS: Anti infantry max gun. More damage at range than NC, 100m ~18 health and ~10 armour TR: didn�t get to play with one, so please post some feedback. Upgrading Turrets: To upgrade a turret, just use an upgrade canister as an alternate fire for the large repair gun, and it will bring up options. Turret Upgrades: AA: First and foremost, it has med re-fire rate, but the shots MUST DIRECTLY HIT enemy aircraft, which greatly limits its effectiveness imho. Near misses do no damage. Anti- Tank: Arcing fast re-firing bomb that does med damage to armour targets, and can 3 shot and agile (35 health per shot). Has a small radius and is quite fast moving. |
