my opinion of the "never ending war"

i think that there should be an end to the war.. and once it ends, the match restarts from the beginning with your character at whatever level he was at when the game ended. it would sort of get booring if a team never won, because you would be fighting for a lost cause

Dont know, but it would be fun to play a never ending war. Constantly hackin into the enemy base, pushin then into the middle of nowhere, wouldn't you just love to rule the server you are playing? When someone joins the server you cant just blow the hell outa them. Man that would be kool.

dude the dumb thing is, when one team is almost dominated, the online team give them power ups like triple hit rate.. i think they should just let the war end

IMO I think that the war will eventually end 2 sides are gonna have a cease fire and kick the stuffing out of the other team then it will be a 2on2. It might make the have 4 characters but only in one empire thing bad cuz if ur on the team that got beaten you would have to wait till one of the other two won and the game restarts.

I think they should revise the 4 character on only one empire thing it could get annoying. As for my outfit, i think that the campaign that we will start will have the responsibility for LOCKING DOWN a few continets. The Mother Republic Rules All! The War will end... Belive Me!!!

My opinion is that if one side becomes sufficiently uber so as to lock down every continent at the same time, they have won the war and the rest of the game is just a police action.

Is it possible? Theoretically yes.
Is it going to happen? Snowball, this is Hell.

Here's an interesting question: Say for the sake of discussion the Terrans own everything on the timbuktu server. Full lock on ten continents, and a solid enough response system to maintain it. Would it be more fun to you to be on the guerilla side or the occupation force?

Guerilla warfare all the way!

Only problem is you can't get vehicles to a locked continent, and that is bad if all ten are locked, although like you said, snowball, meet hell.

Well the key is to keep adding new stuff. Persistent or not PS will be like any other game, after a while you get bored no matter what, you need new content.

the thing is the dev. team is probably gonna sooner or later make the sanctuarys capturable. Plus you could always air lift the vechicles over, cant you? I would enjoy Gurella warfare though but if i earned the right to be on the winning team why would i switch...
