Here's something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere. Can you cap someone while he's driving a buggy? The thing has no windows or doors. In theory, shouldn't I be able to just snipe the driver through the window, thus leaving his vehicle unharmed and free for the taking?

If it is open, or glass. You can shoot the driver.

Does the glass show damage or do the bullets just sort of magically teleport through the windshield and hitting the pilot without causing damage to the glass?

i would say yes. i've seen pics of cars that have bullet holes galore in them so i would figure glass would too.

heh, just though of something instead of shooting missles at the galaxy to shoot it down snipe the pilot and down goes the vehicle.

another question comes from this though. reinforced armored people can drive buggies without windows, does that mean they could fly a skeeter cause it fits into that u can shoot the driver catagory? or are they still 4 wheeler and empire buggy drivers?

re enforced armor can only ride in open air vehicles. Glass is N/A

A) sniping the pilot of a galaxy would be hard as hell, but a great shot (climb a tree and fire ). B) I guess we better always have two pilots aboard.
