how do you start an outfit if the game is not even released yet. after all I cant see how outfits can be formed if the game is not realeased if you outfit leaders out there know please tell me. Ok let me know how i can form an outfit for me and my buddies when the game is not out. So if you know post please

Just get the game the second it comes out and it is a race to get your name, so no one steals it.

and since you need like 12 people to sign up to register an outfit, that means that many of the new people will not actually be able to create outfits for a few days, and since most of the people that will get the game on day 1 that will create outfits are all probally in the PS/ PSU community they will have a good idea of what names are already taken.

But you are right, there will be some groups that have several members that will have to change their names because some group of the other took their name. I do hope that the devs let us preregister names during, or before the open beta or something, so that the outfit names will not be taken.
