Many people are worried their acceptance into Open Beta has been taken away, because they cannot view the Beta message boards. If you are one of these people, read this post from Dave "SmokeJumperPS" Georgeson:
Additionally, we [are working on] a clerical error that allows those accepted into the Open Beta to access the Exclusive Beta forums. This is an error and is being fixed. Open Beta folks will have access to those forums once Open Beta officially begins.
UPDATE: Some people still have access to the forums, even though they are in Open Beta. This is being worked on.
