Test Server Change - ATV?

I just received an email telling me that there has been a change on the Test server (I'm not sure if it's been there or if it came out when the LLU was put in). Apparently, instead of having to cert in the Basilisk or the Wraith, you can now get a cert called "ATV" (All Terrain Vehicle) which allows you to drive both the Basilisk or the Wraith with just one cert. The cert costs 3 points, as opposed to the 2 cert point cost of both vehicles. From what I'm told, you can no longer cert in just the wraith or basilisk, you have to get both with the one cert to drive either of them. This has not been announced by the PS Dev Team, and may not even make it to the live servers. We'll post more information when we get it.
