SOE Support Re-Opened

Well I have some great news to report, SOE customer support has resumed normal operations:

The San Diego branch of Sony Online Entertainment is returning to normal operations after the firestorms that hit the area, and customer service support is resuming as normal. Thank you for your patience during these tough times for Southern California.
