I have a screen play, I am trying to get it sold...

Down the Devils Road

This is a suspense thriller set in and around the city of Austin Texas. Dana Mulesky, is a reporter and former police detective, she once helped bring down a deranged cult, and the last known member of that cult, Vance Farthing has asked she give his final interview before his execution. The interview quickly breaks down as Vance threatens her family, and declares he will be set free. This leads into a race against time as Dana must play his game to get her two daughters back, and Vance uses the set up to escape prison and torment her.

As the situation evolves, Dana enlists her old partner and the FBI joins the hunt, first for her daughters, then for Vance. The cult's goal is to release Armageddon on the planet, and Vance intends to continue this mission. Dana is faced with the ultimate horror a mother can endure, and sets up her own vengeance against Vance with the help of one of his henchmen that turns against him.

A mother faces her past as a cult mastermind uses her children in a sick game to set himself free from prison and unleash Armageddon on the world.

My screen play, boiled down to two paragraphs and a "log line"

I HATE writing these stupid log lines and Synopses, it means cutting out the good stuff. MEH, I have 2 nibbles on it so far, I'll let you know if it goes anywhere

Yep, the log line, I know. That's my rough draft of the synopsis.

It's not a script, it's a badly written synopsis that I just put out there in a moment of frustration, the actual script is very good IMHO.
