Hey guys, i used to play planetside years ago.. and i got a new Pc about 6 months ago to play it, it was quite good x1600xt pro amd 3800 64 bit etc 2gb ram and then my ^*#%#* cat decided to take a SLASH right inside the case on the cpu and motherboard and FRAZZLe it along with the rest of it which suddenly stoped working and had dried p*** stains on it lol

any 1 the new pc i orderd the other day is

Duel core Intel 2.2ghz the higher Speed version
8600gts 2000mhz and 665 mhz RAM speed (256 mb)

and a mother board etc that fits it and case and psu

just wondering if this will still work on planetside or wether some how it wont work or somthing?

and also while im waiting for it to come im using a quite bad pc to play it but when i log in to it everything around me is just Like Red mist and i can just abotu see portols etc and outlines of things? any ideas

PS will run fine, it's those next-gen games you will be worrying about. I have an XFX 8600GT myself, but i wish i went for the 8800GTS. Also, if that's a Core 2 Duo Conroe processor you got there, i'd suggest to overclock it, they are quite easy and effective to overclock nowadays. Got my E6600 to 3GHz last week, will be getting it up to 3.4 in the next few days. All you have to worry about is cooling, and knowing what to do.
