Planetside: Aftershock issues.

I just bought Aftershock from sony station join now direct to drive download link, payed $20 for it. Installed, patches, setup my account, and it says I need to activate it? I thought it came with a month free? So now I click add planetside subscription in my profile on sony, and I enter my CC info and all that, says it worked, but it didn't. Help pleasE

Your best bet for issues like this is to contact SOE support.
