Need a subscription to view station forums?

well long story short its been about a year since ive played, and i tried to get on the staton forums but it seems i cant login. it just says i dont have permission to access this topic or something.

I cant remember my security question, and I did change my PW, but it seems i still cant login.... so do you need a subscription to even access those forums?
