It was a decent hunting season...

Even though hunting season isn't over in New York, I probably won't make it out again until next year. I'd be lucky to get more time next weekend.

Overall the season was good though. Two of my friends both shot doe, simultaneously. My friend Andrew shot his, and literally 10 seconds later, we heard a shot come from my other friend. 160 pounds and 140 pounds were the weights of the deer. We gutted them, butchered them, and am now awaiting dinner time with them. I may not have shot something, but I have nothing to complain about. I had lots of fun in the process. There is always a next year.
