AT-Anti Vehicle weapon

as some1 who dosent want his grief to shoot sky high with special assault or some1 who isnt quite high enough to use heavy assault with some other things he likes better (uni-max for example) i propose some kind of ancient tech anti vehicular weapon.

something like the lancer with less damage and faster rate of fire or something with slower rater of fire with a more powerful hit. it could even arc like the aruora orb. what are your thoughts?
