Free play consists of everyting related to BR. Pay to play opens up CR! But without jacking up the price. Not likely but what about moving off of that concept? Lowered admission for Only BR. Full price for CR play time.
That would almost solve a very old problem in this game in my mind...
Simple, stupid, and affective! Untill the possible beating of the odds and nobody playing this game opts for the almost dirt cheap BR play for the chance to OS things!
