I know a couple of you know that I am a Traceur (practitioner of Parkour). I've been training for quite a while now, except for the last couple months (Knee Injury).
Tonight on MTV, at 10pm, they are airing this show. It is basically a bunch of my friends (who are some of the best in the world), showboating their skills in a "Challenge." I figure I would mention it because it should be good. My friends are incredible, and their talents know no boundaries. And maybe you guys might want to give it a go. I can hook you up with training groups all over the country (and Canada, England, Germany, France, Scotland, and Ireland). This also means I'm going to have to find a tv to watch it on because I don't get MTV. |

I can get you hooked up in Toronto. Toronto has a good sized community.
My friend Daniel Arroyo took quite a fall. He probably didn't really need the hospital, but it looks better when you go. And David (Kind David) took a nice spill off that ladder. Daniel Ilabaca is just too fluent. I've trained with him before, and what he does is even crazier in person. |

I always figured those guys were incredibly gifted with springs and Go-Go-Gadget shoes, and resigned myself to a life of being a heavy guy that could knock your ass out with one shot to the face. Do they have "big dudes" doing that? Because all the guys I see in videos are wiry and slender. Don't see many pro-wrestler-built dudes doing it.

None of us have a gift. We simply train our asses off to be able to do that kind of shit. |

You can try those guys out. I don't personally know them, but they train out of Boise. |

Parkour Toronto is one of the bigger communities in North America. I've trained with a couple of the guys in New York City. Get together with a couple of those guys and you will learn a lot. Our workouts are some of the toughest. It requires you to work muscle you never think existed. One of the best ways to stay in shape. Enjoy. |
