Overclocking

I just got my ti4200 128mb in the mail, hooked it up, works fantastic. I ran 3dmark01 and got just shy of 9000. I think i could get higher if i didnt use onboard sound. Anyway i've heard that ti4200's overclock really well and I got the one from eVga with the nice ACS cooling system. Can someone give me a nice OCing guide or something? Also, is this a software operation or does it involve me doing something to my card (pretty much out of the question)

Is it safe to assume I can take a P4 2.53GHz and up it to 2.6GHz? Kind of a small and somewhat unecessary boost, but hey, why not?

I bet you'd be fine doing that.

I don't know if I'm comfortable enough with my CPU overclocking skills yet to post a howto. I'll look for some online though to link to here.
