Launcher wont launch after format...

Fomated my PC.. Reinstaled everything from backups... launcher will not launch.

-Tried deleteing planetside and re-installing from scratch - no affect.
-Tried compatability mode.
-Yes its running as administrator.

The launcher just looks like this and never loads:



Any ideas?

FYI if you hate internet explorer and just use chrome like me then you need to ensure you have installed flash on IE for it to work.
