More in-game footage?

So i was watching this interview with Higby, and I noticed some possible in-game footage that completely blew my mind away.

Right after 4:20 is a clip I haven't seen anywhere else, and it looks like what they're trying to develop in Planetside 2.

I thought it was Planetside 2 right away, but now I'm thinking that this footage is almost too different to really be Planetside 2 ingame footage. Can anybody confirm this?
