Hard Drive help

Got a new harddrive to replace my old failing one... but it has different power connectors than my ancient HD.

So yeah, no connecty to my new harddrivey. So do I just need to go get something like this? http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0314851

Yup - need a SATA power plug and that would work to convert the 4 pin molex style to sata.
