Rely on data, not the whine you get here.
Don't nerf/buff/tweak something simply because a 100 forumites tells you to. Look at the data, and then if maybe the data and the whining meet do something but don't listen to the minority! Deus ex was an awesome game, and deus ex 2 wasn't (deus ex 3 was horrible). Because the developer listened to the vocal minority (couldn't find the clip where the main dev admitted this, but it's out there in the interwebs). tl;dr data is superior to a few people's opinions on stuff
