Yes, that is the person that won the Jacket. T-Ray gave it to someone with the best PlanetSide tattoo.

All of the members of the original PlanetSide team got those jackets as a launch gift.

I've gamed with the same group of people since 2003 all because of Planetside. PS, and they, mean a lot to me. I think I've made my decision on what, now just need a design
