Question Mass suicide or a hostage situation

If a man with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it a mass suicide attempt or a hostage situation?

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

If someone has a multiple personality disorder that's pronounced enough to actually manifest completely separate personalities, they're most likely 56 miles away from anything dangerous enough to hurt themselves with.

Yes. The post is worded 'multiple personalities' not schizo. Bighoss brought it up *points*.

Multiple Personalities: Supposedly many people inhabit one body.

Schizophrenia: One person hears/sees/senses things that are not real. However, to them, it appears as clear as the words you are reading now, making it difficult to distinguish between reality and fantasy.
