I recently moved to Williston, ND with my wife. She had a job in less than 24 hrs. And I only have to wait for background checks to finish before I start working for 60k+ a year.
The downside? We are living in our 2010 Jetta... Any of you thinking about cashing in on the new boomtowns yourself? |

This is pretty cool stuff, I need no boomtown though. The union hall is empty and its November. Not common. Got work into the next 2 or 3 years. Good news economy wise though, when construction goes up so does the economy.

Vegas to North Dakota just in time for winter.
You best be finding some permanent lodging sooner than later. Gets very cold up there. (January avg. is like 8 degrees)
