Why are we assuming thats a tower? As we see from the Map Overview, no towers have walls, I think were getting a first glimpse of a base that isnt an AMP station.

The structure in that picture is the one we saw in the concept art that kinda showed the first Scythe.

I remember Higby saying "the structure is bigger than you think." That certainly proves true in this screenshot.

IIRC - Higby or Tray already said in another thread awhile ago when we saw that structure it it was an airbase or the bases airtower, that's where the aircraft launch from.
