Checking In - Velvet

Greetings one and all!

I played Planetside for a good 3 years and left to play WoWzers with my wife. (Regardless of how awesome the people I rolled with in PS were, my wife is cooler)

Anyway, since leaving PS and WoW, I earned my bachelor's degree and my wife and I had twins. Kids and school leave little time for things like gaming, but it's well worth the sacrifice.

I'd been recalling Planetside to my buddy at work and pretty much missing the people and the battles. I admit, I don't miss looking down on my status bar and seeing that I'd been playing for 14 hours.

I may come back if I get a chance to play for a hour or so at a time. Planetside seems much more practical than WoW, for someone with spuratic playtimes and little opportunity for gaming devotion.

Looking forward to reconnecting with friends and enemies alike.
