Well that's initially 1100 Terran Republic Solders. The New Conglomerate is composed mostly of corporate private industry folks who rebelled when the TR took over trying to maintain order and the Vanu are largely comprised of the scientific community who were enthralled by the lure of alien technology. Most likely the remaining civilians loyalties were divided up amongst the factions once they'd formed.

My thoughts exactly...1,100 per empire on a given cont. If that is accurate ... PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY

makes sense ....NC and VS are mostly comprised of civilians (miners / business leaders , scientists)
