How do i get on ps 24/7 ?

i'am a old player looking to have some fun i see all these new youtube vid's of ps 24/7 but i do not know how to get on there i'am waiting for ps2 but i would love to get some action playing some ps1 could anyone tell me or have a link to were i can go i have my old cd's so i can install anytime ok thanx Austin.
