Wow! Gotta say that its one awesome looking gun. The attention to details is astonishing and going from a sketch in photoshop, to 3d and back to photoshop for the finalizing touches is great. The way the textures got applied etc, learned alot by just watching this quick vid! Great stuff!!!
I am also wondering from start to finish, how much real time is involved. There is some good inspiration in there, was there alot of downtime just thinking about what to be done or is this a bunch of spontaneous inspiration from start to finish? SV Last edited by SVoyager; 2012-02-23 at 01:57 PM. |

I always wondered what it takes to make something really professional looking like that, now I know! Really interesting stuff, especially the finishing touches in Photoshop on the rendered model, it's really amazing how much difference the highlights make.

looks massive!
will it be an active weapon, or does the open repairhatch mean, it´s just a mapfeature? man it looks as if anyone on the recieving end would be very very pissed ;-) sure this thing doesn´t deserve nc colors?

Could be something to do with that flash update I did earlier today, darn. Gotta say it looks good, and in the absence of a Skyguard I look forward to making friends with this turret. |
