made an account. posted about it. (did I hyper link that wrong, kinda new to this...) think that might be a silencer at the end, and again you can see the sight is further back. Can also see what I think might be a waypoint or mission marker (the little A with red around it top right and bottom middle) did I miss anything lol (if this has all already been talked about could you link me to that post) and thought I might post up a little about myself, been stalking every post here since 3 days after beta sign ups knowing its the best place to get my daily Planetside 2 eye candy fix  . I played planetside from when I got a computer that could run it (about 6 months after release) and up until the BFR's/WoW came out. Played TR and ran with OneShaddowWarrior (anyone know how to contact this guy?) and what ever Outfit he was in under the name YourSoul (i thought it was funny when I was 15). I'm from Australia and no one knows what planetside is here.... I told all my School mates just after i quit planetside that if they ever made a PS2 I would buy them all a copy. Lucky it will be FTP heh eheThanks for keeping me entertained PSU community, keep it up!!! |

... he sounds arrogant, makes me appreciate the Planetside 2 staff all the more.... oh and his game looks pathetic compared to planetside.... planetside 1 that is

His game LOOKS pathetic but for a small small dev team and a smaller budget, to have such ambitious gameplay ideas is awesome. I think at the same time he appreciates the gameplay Planetside Live had to offer and wants to perfect it and emulate it. Though the game sounds a lot more hard-core.
But the game doesn't have visual character, our game has such a distinct character to it, it just makes you want to hug the art team we have. At the same time I can't tell what that picture is looking at... It looks like some kind of gate in a wall and there's obviously something VERY large and mechanical on the right hand side with those gears... but I can't really put it into perspective.... I think a lot of questions will be answered at GDC, hopefully i'll be able to snag a ride down.
