MAX art is still being worked on, which is why we havent seen them. T-Ray is probably being VERY specific on how he wants them to look.

Still going,

Base captures will be sectional, not all or nothing.
Multiple account empire hopping is legit (ugh)
Capturing barracks are spawn locations

Yeah, I'm not really sure how I feel about that yet. We'll have to see it implemented. Maybe this just allows for implants to be more powerful without allowing for abuse.

EDIT: I haven't seen anything about stamina or a stamina bar in any of the gameplay videos, so I could assume that instead of having a stamina tradeoff they're just consumable.
