New Forum For PS2 (and maybe PS1)

Add a fan art forum? This way all fan art on PSU can be located in one spot so people looking for sigs, desktops, etc don't have to dig through to many posts.

Just a thought.

I think we would need a bit more activity in regards to fan art before we fired up another forum.
