Is there a list in which, it says which armor can drive which vehicles...

Im not sure but i think that:

Standard: All vehicles
Agile: All vehicles
Infiltration: All Vehicles
Reinforced: Only open cockpit vehicles (buggies mainly)
MAX: None

Im probably missing an armor or the info is wrong. Please someone correct meh.

That's right, and also Reinforced can be a gunner on any vehicle. Ex: Galaxy, Enforcer, etc...
