Comp for friend

I have an internet friend with $500 to spend, but he absolutely won't build it himself, and I can't convince him otherwise. Is there any pre-built in that range that can even game?

He plays at 1600 x 900 and is content with the lowest settings.

A list of games he'd like to be able to play : Garry's Mod, TF2, Fallout New Vegas, Dead Space 2, Bioshock 1&2, WoW, GW2 maybe...

Lives in the US. Shipping not included. He'll be ordering around June 1st.

Is this friend near by or on the other side of the country?

TBH tell him he needs to stretch his budget a lot. $500 isn't enough for a prebuilt gaming computer. He needs at least $200 more.

He's on the otherside of the country so I sadly can't help him build it. I'll pass that on.
