End of the Super Soldier

I know I may get flamed for this, But anyone else happy will see the end of them?

The guy who basically can do it all, he can mow down lower battle rank players with a Anti-Inf Heavy weapons, Carry a Anti-Vehicle weapons, as well can heal/repair his armor basically making him fairly hard to root out of one spot outside of swarming him with troops.

That feel when people have convinced themselves that these "super soldiers" somehow require swarms of people to kill.

Aye, but doesn't it take more than that to be a super-soldier? It also sounds like the new Heavy-Infantry.

Surely a super-soldier refers to being able to drive/pilot any vehicle he wants, afaik if you put in the time you will be able to do that in ps2.

So, I'm not particularly eager to see the end of people who can do it all, it's not a bug-bear of mine, I wouldn't be too sure that they will be gone.

i dunno i have been watching ps2 for a while now... maybe they limit the number of cert unlocks you can have but it doesn't feel like it... it feels more like with side grades etc everyone will be a super soldier able to pick the weapons that suit them/help them perform at their best

the utility lockout is the only thing i can think of they look to be locking out for players but i think it is still going to be obvious who the god soldiers were in ps1 because they will learn every part of their weapons and still wtf pwn people with their skill....

i plan to be above the getting pwned bar i dunno about you.

yea, the super soldiers require exactly the same amount of bullets it kill and non-super soldiers. Unless, of course <REDACTED>

A BR6 is not going to easily clear out a guy who BR40 and is able to keep himself healed up Especially if it a NC with a JH at the very least it going to take ether another BR40 or some one built in the same setup to root one out by himself.

This is basically pointing out newer player have low chances against these guys.

You can't heal yourself mid combat, and you can only use one weapon at a time. Barring implants, in a 1v1 a level 6 is on equal footing as a br 40 in a gun fight.

This isn't WoW.

Yes.. cause people are not smart enough to back out heal them self and come back out and attack.

Yes I am aware of them, I was referring to a Ground fight.

Who would have thought this community be as hostiles as WoW.

So first off, it takes 300k a box to go from 39 to 40. ten boxes.. three MILLION bep. To give you some perspective, you can go 1-25 I'm pretty sure a couple times over for that BEP. A br25 can cert about half of the entire skill tree, effectively not counting combos. Some people have two accounts, and yeah, they do dual box.. and can do everything anyway. When you get to BR20, you can effectively do anything a BR40 can do if you specialize specifically for it and know how to handle each weapon and vehicle.

Now, its been a while but I'm pretty sure going from cr4-5 is only something like 500k cep.

We're not hostile, but we won't hold your hand and comfort you when a number of us have more knowledge about the topic than anyone who is new.

It's not too often you can run off and heal and a gun fight, and it's not too often that lowbie is in a situation where someone wont heal/rep him.

This kind of thing isnt a problem when anyone can do it. In a firefight it makes little difference, its only after the dust settles these extra abilities matter

Could you have everything at the same time? No? Well, you're as easy to kill as any other player.
