Comp Configurator suggestions?

Ok, I am working on getting a new comp, and right now I am using www.ibuypower.com for my configuration. They seem to have the lowest prices right now for the comp that I want.

Anyone know any other *good* cheapish sites that let you config a comp and they build & send it to you?

I went through this for my little brother about four months ago. The best we found was cyberpowerinc.com. You could always build it yourself for even less money, but then you don't get the warranty (plus, if you don't know how to put together a computer, you're screwed).

I've heard that http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/ (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1982.html) is good too. You can always check the others on www.resellerratings.com too!

Actually, I found all the parts I needed on newegg.com...if I build the comp I want myself, it would cost more than what Ibuypower can build it for.

Still might build it myself, but I doubt it.

Newegg is a great site, good prices and huge selection. Service is excellent and most orders go out the same day. They are not the rock bottom cheapest though.

If you can spec the exact system on 2 sites and one is cheaper then go for the cheaper. By exact I don't just mean the same type of components, but the same spec, brand and quality. This make a difference, especially when talking about motherboards, hard drives and RAM.

Stryker, post the comp you want and I'll see if I can't find a deal or two on it. I love a challenge. Give me a budget to work with and I'll do my best to get you a good deal on it.

im in this same process right now and i have been using cyberpower.
www.cyberpowerinc.com
awsome selection of parts to customize with and according to them they test your pc for 72hrs before shipping it out which impresses me.

Edit: the computer i built on ibuypower was identicle to the one ive been messing around with on cyberpower but it ended up being $60 more.
