Well, they do have skies. it takes 10 certs to spend to get 1, and 20 to get a pair.
You have the option to make them stealth, hook on a 50lb rocket launcher or 2 30lb machine guns. You also get a free jet pack with the purchase of a pair of skies. NO LIE!

Who needs snowmobiles when you got a perfecly fine Basilisk or Wraith? I'd prefer those anyday over a snowmobile!
