Did anyone else see this?

In the E3 Stream on TB's channel (Day 1 Part 1 for this), around 13 minutes in, you see a view from a light assault POV. You see his health/shield indicators in the lower right portion of the screen and his ammo just above that.

Later, around the 26 minute mark, we switch to an Lightning driver's POV (I think he's a HA). When he steps out, the ammo indicator is now in the bottom-middle of the screen and the health/shield indicators are gone. Until he gets hit. Then, they appear just below the center in an upward arc.

Does this mean that the HUD is customizable, or is it a case of different classes having differing HUDs (unlikely if he was a HA, considering earlier you see a HA with the "normal" HUD)?

Do you agree or disagree with there BEING different HUDs?

Are there not different HUDs and I just wasn't paying close enough attention?

Is this old news for everyone but me?

You can customize your UI.

There will be different UIs to choose from and it will be customizable.

Im pretty sure they said they were customizable and Margaret says the one guy is using a more centralized version of the hud.

Purrfectstorm said something about there being different huds, 3 from memory faulty tho it is.

Did she say something about also having options? Either I would be expect those kind of things to be in game.

Probably just a glitch/bug.

It is in alpha after all.

Edit: Or, after reading other replies, I could be completely wrong!

If I recall correctly, they mentioned the HUD could be customized later in the livestream. Such as the map being in whatever corner, health/shields in different corners, etc.

There is an option called something akin to "Center UI" that I discovered. Once check everything on the normal UI is simplified and placed directly under the center of your screen/where your mouse cursor is supposed to be. This is an awesome feature as it pretty much solved every issue I had with the default UI instantly with one checkbox. Internet high-fives to whoever designed that option.
