Weird band of color on firefox

Ever since I got my gtx670, occasionally firefox will have a bar of color like this.

If I scroll down it goes away. Only happesn on FF. Any idea? 301.34 drivers.

I can't tell what's supposed to be the bar of color there. I see a lot of blue and some green?

The blue is overlayed on the site.

That color looks like the original color of the PSU forums to me. Maybe an issue with the overlay itself? Does it work properly in IE or other browsers?

Haven't tried IE since I installed ff, heh. It happens randomly, no way to force it to happen.

Id try a different browser to see if you can narrow the problem down to a firefox one and not something with your card or drivers.

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall FF?
