Re-supplying vehicles

The sky rained fire and the ground bled; 30 liberators flew out, only one survived. You are flying that last liberator, high on adrenaline, feeling like a god, but you and your two gunners have run out of ammunition. What do you do? Do you discard of this beautiful aircraft and get a new one?

Seems a bit... anticlimactic. I really hope that there will be ways for vehicles to re-supply.

Well, there's always the Sunderer... and I imagine that at least some towers and bases will have resupply terminals.

Interesting that we don't have any information on this topic yet. Maybe Light Assault can drop ammo packs for the vehicles (kidding, if you can't tell). I think it's safe to assume we can resupply at landing pads and vehicle bays, but only Higby can tell!

I'm also guessing the Engineer's Mobile Ammo Supply Terminal (?) will help fill this role.

If its anything like what other games have done then being near vehicle and aircraft terminals will both repair and rearm your vehicle. Like aircraft landing on the pads. But hey, who knows

It would be a good way to immortalise the godly aircraft by flying it towards a red-alert base, and ejecting yourselves right before impact. Going out with a bang!

But seriously, I think it's safe to assume you can restock ammunition on launch pads.

Don't even joke with stuff like this.

Especially since vehicles cost resources and the DEVs seem to be aiming at reducing wasted vehicles rather then promoting them.

I always assume that's what landing pad were for, otherwise why would they even exist?

Although it seems like vehicle self-repair

I seem to recall the Sunderer and Galaxy having ammo available for infantry. Maybe the same is true for Tanks and aircraft ? Maybe you need to land next to a sunderer of galaxy to rearm. Should be fun watching people land reavers and liberators next to a sundereror or galaxy to rearm. Should make for some interesting screenshots. Will be awesome collisions.lol.

Remember the days in PS1 when vehicle resupply terminals didn't exist (I don't, but I know it did happen)? You had to manually put more ammo in the trunk. What a pain.

I always thought resupplying in PS1 was too fast for vehicles. Resupplying should take 5 seconds or so, not instant. But the places to resupply should be plentiful.

I hope it won't fill it for vehicles, actually.

Wait. I take that back. I'd be way more okay with it existing at all if it were vehicle *only*.
