During TB's vids I noticed a couple time that enemies would have their names above their models and you could even see them through walls. Such as one moment a player following a name as it ran around the building on the otherside of the wall. I am not talking about the minimap. I would like to know why and how those names are revealed and discuss the parameters on how they should be revealed in the final release.
I think currently it just depends on 1 players providing LOS and it lasts for a few seconds afterward. If I'm wrong please correct me.
I support multiple roles big or small in a game like this with large warfare and suggest the following possible ideas for the final release. Of course with these there should also be counters such as radar jamming equipment over an area or player upgrades that prevent being detected.
-Vehicles with radar module reveal player names below it for infantry
-Infiltrators with a Cert reveal enemies to allies if within LOS of the said Infil
-Engineers can deploy a short range radar revealing the names above players

I think it works a bit more like direct-line of view(realy short one but) spot and it looked that you shared your team/squad spots, not faction ones.
Edit: and i strongly believe it is a certificate.
