metagame animosity between empires

Reddit, in a few huge threads, overwhelmingly chose VS

4chan's /v/ has decided upon TR due to being horrified at the idea of playing the reddit faction

an i'm not sure if any big community has decided upon NC, but I heard Goons did.

If this plays out even on one or two servers, I think it will lead to a much more rich metagame with real competition and struggle.

Goons are probably going to have a single outfit per empire, hopefully on the same server for maximum fun.

I doubt there's only going to be a few servers, so the odds of playing with them are low if you want to avoid em.

also, people are confusing 4chan with /b/, a rookie mistake to be sure, every other board, /v/ in particular hates the LOL RANDUM XD board

Ahh gotcha. I've been advised to avoid 4chan in general, never heard anything good about it before...hence my perceptions.
