http://www.soe.com/gamepass/ Go there, get your Planetside subscription. Go to the Planetside main website to acquire the game client. They made it hard as hell to figure all that out, but there you are. |

I had that same problem, wanted to buy planetside and couldn't figure out how to. Go to soe.com, log in, then go to "shop" at the top bar (not "Game Pass Info") and you can buy it from there.
Game is active enough to get some good gameplay, I made this video from recent footage. |

Who did you email? Did you purchase the UK or US edition?
If it's the UK edition, that goes directly against what is said here: http://www.pcgamer.com/forum/showpos...9&postcount=11
Make sure you're emailing: [email protected] If it's the US version you bought, then it's probably too late. That edition is months old. |

Might have buddies that want to try it or something.... also, being a vet doesn't guarantee you'll get in the beta with the first wave, having two keys doubles your chances. Or rather, having one key and being a vet does... I suppose.
