I wish I would stop getting e-mails from SOE. The only e-mail I want from SOE is the beta invite. Seems like once a week I get an e-mail about some offer or game invitation or something,and every time I see an e-mail from SOE and open it only to find its not a beta invite, I die a little inside. Anyone else getting tortured like this ?

Nope. I'm on the PS2 mailing list, and have DCUO, but it wouldn't surprise me if I checked something (during account setup?) to tell it not to spam me with advertising.

SOE has several different mailing lists. I only have the PS2 one active, and have gotten nothing so far, so you may want to check your full listings from the SOE homepage or whatever.

There was some box you could check if you wanted to receive additional info from SOE weekly. I unchecked it, because I didn't want that spam, I guess you did not :P
