What is this facility (or enterance?)

Got THIS from the gamerspulse site.

What the heck is it? If you look at the radar it is not within a facility compound. The main facility wall appear to be about 50 meters to the SE of where the player is standing. It reminds me of the entrance to Luke's house on Tatooine.

Perhaps a back door entrance to a facility?
