Hello, im looking for a new conglomerate outfit that have its foundations in direct democracy. I really dont like ranks, leaders, ect. I dont mind having a leader, if he/she created the outfit, but what i want is to be involved in the decisions, not just follow orders.
I have a microphone, Skype, TS, ect. and I can communicate in english Im mainly a sniper and im going to try the infiltrator, but what I love the most is flying. I ve played Blacklight retribution, TF2, CS, Combat arms, COD. |

We're very regimented so you'd probably not be a good fit for us but one of our Comrade Clan's is very unregimented. If your interested in a unregimented crew that specializes in Dirty Tricks and Hit n Run tactics you should try Omega Company. Apart from a couple escorts when they mount up on a Transport they don't do much flying so if you change your mind about not wanting a Regimented crew we are a Air Cavalry Platoon and have got a plethora of dedicated Jet positions and would be happy to have another dedicated and skilled pilot. We've also got a Airborne Specialist Squad that will be doing a lot of Sniper/Commando work. While we are very regimented we do expect a lot of self sufficiency and unspoken teamwork and will work with and educate our members to make sure they are capable of making the right decisions at the right times. I'm worrying about Strategy, it's up to the Squad(/ron)s to figure out tactics so you probably won't even notice it man. Think it over and if you do decide on one of us msg me I'd be happy to hear about it.

Hello.
You are requesting an outfit with more input from everyone in the group about decisions. go to omegainimicus.enjin.com and register. You are welcome in our Outfit. The only things the Trinity Leaders decide on is work with other platoons and main objectives but input from all other members is welcomed about how each objective will be hit. We are all equals. War Machine is organized and follows a reasonable chain of command, but in general discussion channels we consider everyone equal. If that is what you meant, then we would be glad to have you. We are primarily an armor outfit, but with gunship support and field logistics.
