Planetside Day (1st July). A Question.

Hey guys, im very excited to attend Planetside day, however im not so excited to reactivate my account and pay for a whole months subscription if im only playing for a day. Are there any plans to allow for a 1 day pass or somthing?

I don't think the servers will go down until ps2 is officially released. But I don't know for sure.

Go download the client from www.planetside.com and try to log in. That's it. That's how I did it at least =]

What entitles you to 45 free days? I played from 03-06 i believe.

When SOE was hacked back in 2009, they gave out a free 45 days. Log back into SOE and you might have that time.

I see, would I be able to see it on my station account? I had a look at memberships and all i have is Planetside 2. Im downloading client now

Satch,

Make sure you're on the correct Station account - it should show up under your "Game Info" (subscriptions) page under Planetside (not Planetside 2).

Slightly off topic, but ive downloaded planetside now but when i load it up I get a run time error and it closes. Any ideas how 2 fix this?

I dont know ,but did you download the launcher? dont know if it come with or you have to download it

I don't see why it needs to be the last day of Planetside. A big event sounds very fun and exciting, but that doesn't mean it has to be the last day of Planetside

It wont be, but we wanted to give her the "farewell" parade, while there were still numbers around to make it really big, and planetside-y.
